Tips Before You Visit Secret Garden in Seoul (Changdeokgung Palace)
The Secret Garden at Changdeokgung Palace is one of the most popular places to visit in Seoul—especially in autumn, when the foliage is at its peak.
Tickets sell out quickly, so it’s important to plan ahead.
I’ve visited all the palaces in Seoul and made sure to return to Changdeokgung specifically in autumn.
While the palace itself is beautiful year-round, the Secret Garden has far more autumn colors than the rest of the grounds.
This guide covers everything you need to know before visiting the Secret Garden, including how to get tickets, what to expect, and photos from my trip.
