30 Kdrama Filming Locations in Seoul (2026)

Each time I visit Seoul I make sure to visit filming locations of my favorite kdramas or ones I recently watched.

I love seeing how production and editing crews turn a random location into part of a show’s fictional world.

Here are 30 kdrama filming locations in Seoul, all of which I visited from my five Korea trips.

Each location will have a list of the kdrama shows that were filmed there.

These include sites already worth visiting in Seoul.

I’ll continue to update!

For updates, follow me on Instagram, where I’ll usually post on stories, or on my Korea Solo Travel page on Facebook.

A neighborhood of brown and red traditional Korean houses at Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul

Bukchon Hanok Village is a village of 900+ traditional Korean houses. It’s a residential area, but open to (respectful) visitors.

Kdramas filmed at Bukchon Hanok Village:

Personal Taste

This is the kdrama most known for being filmed here and one of my first kdramas. The main characters live in a hanok in the village.

Specific streets to visit are Yunposun-gil and Yulgok-ro 3-gil.
